RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At All In, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Not show signs of wear, sweat, staining, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Limited drops or special releases (if stated at time of purchase)

  • Customized or personalized products


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. All In is not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


8. California Consumer Notice

In accordance with California law:

  • This Return & Refund Policy is clearly posted on our website.

  • If a more restrictive return policy applies to any item, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • If no return policy is posted at time of sale, California law may allow returns within 7 days.


9. Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or returns to customers who abuse our return policy or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
